Parenting Beyond Punishment is collaborating with over 25 peaceful, gentle parenting experts to create a FREE month-long event aimed to empower you with real-life tools so you can guide your children and set boundaries without being punitive.

Throughout April you’ll receive daily emails with podcastsvideos, blog posts and other tools to guide you as you learn such things as…

  1. Identifying your triggers and releasing angerregister

  2. Self-regulation

  3. Alternatives to yelling and spanking

  4. Setting limits

  5. Healing the parent-child relationship

Do you think you could go a week? A month? A year without spanking?  Could you give up spanking altogether? Many parents spank out of frustration several times a week, even smacking or slapping every day.  You are not alone in the struggle to keep your cool and find alternatives.

Join us in the nospankchallenge and follow along as we support each other:

  1. REGISTER for the event.

  2. Get your friends involved. Share with your friends, and if you chronicle your journey on your blog, post your article to our FACEBOOK or in the comments section below.

  3. Try Alternatives, and Share What Works for You!  Make comments about the articles on our Facebook page or make comments below.  We know that every child and parent is unique.  Different techniques work better than others, depending on a child’s temperament, age and unique needs.

We look forward to hearing from you and taking this challenge together!
